Pantera Tether Plate - Backward Mount (Original)

Pantera Plate — Backward Mount is built for cameras where the 1/4"-20 tripod thread sits centered or toward the back of the body, near the viewfinder, such as the Fujifilm GFX (with and without grip) or Nikon D850 bodies.
If your camera's tripod thread sits forward, toward the lens — like the Canon R5 — you need the Pantera Plate Forward Mount instead. See the compatibility guide below to check your camera before ordering.
How to check which plate you need
Look at the bottom of your camera body:
- Tripod thread sits toward the back, near the viewfinder → Backward Mount
- Tripod thread sits toward the lens → Forward Mount
- Tripod thread sits centered → Backward Mount or Forward Mount

Compatible with all tether cables up to 6mm mm in diameter (Pantera 10GBIT, Area 51, Tether Tools, Cobra, LVNA, Rock Cameras).
Forward Mount
Choose this plate if your camera's tripod mount is centered or towards the front of the camera.
Backward Mount
Choose this plate if your camera's tripod mount is centered or towards the back of the camera.

Best deal. This is my second Pantera kit in six months. I’m a huge fan of the reliability and consistency of the Gelatin lineup.
