    We do not store or have access to your full credit card details at any point.

Products


  • Yes. Our magnetic shades are designed for professional, on-set use and hold very securely.

    In addition to strong neodymium magnets, the shade features mechanical alignment buttons that fit precisely into the plate. This prevents lateral movement and adds structural stability.

    The shade can be pushed, pulled, and adjusted during normal use without falling off, even when working quickly on set.

  • Most of our products are designed, assembled, and quality-checked in Spain.

    Mechanical products such as plates, mounts, and holders are produced in small batches using a combination of in-house work and trusted manufacturing partners, then assembled and inspected in Spain before shipping.

    Our cables are the exception. They are manufactured by specialized cable factories outside Spain, as required to meet performance, shielding, and certification standards.

    We prioritize durability, repairability, and long-term use over mass production, and every product is handled and checked by us before it leaves our workshop.

Shipping & Delivery


  • Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. We offer free shipping to most countries at a minimum spent.

  • You can find out by reaching the checkout and entering your address and country. We ship to most countries.

Warranty & Repair


  • We do not operate a traditional time-limited warranty policy. However, we fully stand behind our products.

    If a product has a factory or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.

    All non-cable products are made in-house or in small production runs and are individually inspected before shipping, making defects extremely rare.

    Cables are excluded due to wear-related variables.

    If you experience an issue, contact us with photos and a description and we will assist promptly.

  • Yes. We believe strongly in the right to repair.

    If a Gelatin product fails due to a manufacturing issue, contact us with photos and details. We will assess whether the product can be repaired.

    Availability of repairs depends on the product and nature of the issue, but we always aim to extend the life of our gear whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds


  • Yes. We offer refunds to all customers except those located in the United States.

    For eligible orders, the following conditions apply:

    • You have 15 days from delivery to request a return
    • Refunds are issued for the product value only; original shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective
    • We can provide a return shipping label; its cost will be deducted from the refund
    • A restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns:


      €30 flat fee for orders with a product value up to €150


      20% of the product value for orders above €150


    • Returned products must be unused and in original condition and packaging

    If a product is defective or incorrect, no restocking fee applies and we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Due to repeated issues with unpaid import tariffs, U.S. returns have generated significant and unsustainable administrative and financial costs.

    In several cases:

    • Import duties were charged back to us by shipping carriers
    • Return shipments incurred handling fees and return shipping costs
    • Some returns triggered re-importation taxes into the EU


    To prevent further issues, all U.S. sales are currently final.

    That said, if you believe your situation is exceptional, please contact us. We review cases individually and will help where possible.

  • Yes. You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped.

    Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to the standard return policy outlined above.

  • It depends on where you are located.

    • EU customers: We ship from Spain (EU). The price you pay at checkout is final. No additional import duties apply.
    • Non-EU customers: You may be required to pay import duties, VAT, or handling fees upon delivery, according to your country’s customs regulations.

    We recommend checking your local customs authority for specific information before ordering.

  • If an order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost is not refunded in the case of a return.

    In practical terms:

    • If you return an order, the refund will cover the product value only
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective
    • If we provide a return label, its cost will be deducted from the refund

    Free shipping covers the cost of sending the order to you, not the cost of returns.

    If a product is faulty or defective, we will of course cover all shipping costs related to the return or replacement.
