Gelatin Digital – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Pre-order items will have estimated dispatch times stated on their product pages.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight/size, and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Spain & EU: 2–6 business days

    • UK: 3–7 business days (customs clearance may extend delivery)

    • Rest of World: 4–12 business days (subject to customs processing in the destination country)

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times are beyond our control.


3. Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

ORDERS SHIP FROM SPAIN

  • EU Orders: No additional customs charges within the EU. VAT is included in the checkout price.

  • Non-EU Orders (including the UK & US): Your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes once it reaches your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

  • United States Customers:
    Following changes to U.S. import rules, shipments from Gelatin Digital to the U.S. may be subject to import tariffs. These fees are collected by U.S. Customs and payable upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our U.S. Tariffs Guide before placing your order. We will not issue refunds for deliveries refused or returned due to unpaid tariffs or taxes.


5. Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to:

    • An incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer

    • Non-payment of customs/tariff fees

    • Failure to collect from the carrier’s pick-up point within the stated timeframe

      Shipping costs for resending the order will be the customer’s responsibility, and we will deduct any return fees charged by the carrier.

  • If you choose not to have the order resent, we will issue a refund for the product value minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier.


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package or its contents arrive damaged, contact us immediately with photos.

  • Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier; replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the outcome of the investigation.


Discover Your 'De Minimis' Threshold: Avoid VAT and Import Fees (as per September 2025)

For international shipments from Spain, customers should note that different countries may have specific customs regulations. As a Spanish company, we remind our customers that, depending on their location, they might be subject to import duties and VAT. Countries outside the European Union have their own customs policies, which often include import taxes and VAT on goods received. Additionally, the 'de minimis' threshold – the value below which no duties or taxes are charged – varies by country and typically includes the total value of the goods, plus shipping and insurance costs. We encourage our customers to check their local regulations to understand any additional costs that may apply to their orders.


United States: Please note that customs regulations are currently changing frequently. At this time, the de minimis threshold for the U.S. has been removed, meaning all orders are now subject to additional customs duties and fees upon import. (Updated September 8th, 2025)
Canada: 20 CAD (for duties), 40 CAD (for taxes)
European Union Countries: Generally, 150 EUR (for customs duties), but VAT thresholds vary by country.
United Kingdom: £135
Australia: 1000 AUD
Japan: 10,000 JPY
China: RMB 50 for personal shipments, RMB 800 for postal parcels
Mexico: $50 USD for tax exemption, $117 USD for duty exemption
Norway: 350 NOK
Switzerland: 5 CHF for VAT, varies for customs duties based on the type of goods
India: INR 10,000 for gifts, varies for other goods
South Korea: $150 USD
New Zealand: 1000 NZD
Singapore: 400 SGD
United Arab Emirates: 1000 AED
Brazil: $50 USD for gifts, varies for other types of shipments
South Africa: 500 ZAR
