HEX adds a baby pin interface to the back of your xLamina or any compatible cheeseplate system. It is designed exclusively for the Gelatin Baby Pin Pro — no other spigot will fit or function correctly.

A single 3/8"-16 screw secures it to the plate. Removable Arri-style M3 locating pins index it precisely against the plate's thread grid — no rotation, no play. Remove them when mounting to plates without a matching grid. Hand-tight is enough. At 26mm diameter and 16mm deep, it sits flush against the back of the plate and stays out of the way. Mount your iPad rig onto a C-stand knuckle, a super clamp, a grip head, or any standard baby pin fitting — without adding bulk or reaching for tools.
